Autumn has arrived at Maguires Country Parks, and as we say goodbye to the Summer, we have lots of news to report! It’s been a long time coming, but we’re very pleased to say that the new development at Forget Me Not, The Cedars, is almost complete – and will be ready for the end of this month. Thank you for your patience – we promise it will be worth the wait!
We have some exciting news for those looking to purchase a new Holiday Home. We have purchased three stunning new Victory Lodges – the Monaco Duo models will be delivered to the park in January. This is a unique opportunity to purchase a twin-unit lodge. For more information, don’t hesitate to contact us!

We are able to source any new 2015 Caravan Holiday Homes, and all of our Caravans can easily be located to any of our Country Parks.
New chef Suzanne is settling into life at Forget Me Not and is a great addition to our team. We now have a Specials Board at The Croft Bar, which changes every weekend, so keep your eyes peeled and give one of our delicious meals a try!
Talking of food, Ord House have launched some great new deals this month with a special Kids Eat Free offer on a Monday night and for those who like things a little bit spicy, we now have a Curry Night on a Wednesday – come down and try something new!
Also at Ord House this month we are planning a fun Hallowe’en Party, so start planning your Fancy Dress outfit now! Entry is free so there are no excuses! For more details ask at the bar.
At Maguires Country Parks, our floral displays are well-known, so we’re pleased to say that two of our parks have received awards in September! Both Newbus Grange Country Park and Ord House Country Park have won Gold in their respective categories, in this years’ Britain In Bloom competition! Well done to all of the team at the parks for their hard work.
As well as having a great time at The Lawns Caravan Show in Hull last month, the Newbus Grange team were at Hurworth Country Fair too, telling the people of Darlington all about our parks – it was lovely to meet and chat to so many of you! Next stop is the Glasgow Caravan Show in February, a very busy Autumn and Winter!
