Here at Maguires Country Parks we are busy preparing for the Easter Break and very much enjoying the lighter nights and extra sunshine. As the evenings are getting a little warmer, we have installed lighting at the base of all of our trees to illuminate the parks. The effect is stunning and makes an evening stroll all the more enjoyable!
In Ord House news, we have two new chefs starting work this month. We’re pleased to welcome Wayne and Jordan to the Maguires Country Parks team – they will be delighting your taste buds with some great new menu options in the coming weeks. Look out for our Sizzling Specials – including some very tasty fajitas – and the introduction of a Pensioners Special on Wednesday and Thursdays.
Finally at Ord House, plans are underway for our new soft play area. Here is a 3D visual of how it will look – we can’t wait for all of our younger visitors to enjoy it!
We are still busy with our new park Forget Me Not in Longhorsley and we have had some fantastic feedback from our park residents and newcomers. We now have new signage throughout the park and work is well underway for our new development The Cedars – our new area for Holiday Homes.
We are still running the popular 2 for £10 deal on main meals at The Croft Family Bar, so come down and give the food a try! If you’re still wondering what to do for Easter Weekend, then why not book to stay with us? We have some great entertainment planned in the form of female vocalist Leigh Tame and ‘The Hypnotist’. Call the park for more details!
The new website for the park has just been launched so be sure to give it a visit and browse the range of Holiday Homes we have for sale there! www.forgetmecountrypark.co.uk
Over at Newbus Grange, our park in Neasham near Darlington, work is nearing completion on the new outdoor swimming pool which will be ready for guests to use from the second May Bank Holiday! Here’s hoping for a long, hot Summer!
The Maguire Family.
