We offer the ultimate country retreat – a place to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine, a book and a barbeque in a tranquil setting – if you prefer a curry and 10 pints of lager every Saturday night, our park is not for you.
The caravan site in Berwick Northumberland was purchased by the Maguire family in 2003. Ord House Country Park has won numerous industry accolades over the years and has been awarded 5 Stars by Visit England.
The park is dog friendly and boasts an interesting half mile stroll around the park perimeter. There is an extensive children’s playground and activity area, crazy golf and table tennis. There is also a games field with goal posts for the football fanatics.
Ord House Bar & Grill serves delicious, freshly prepared meals for the whole family. Enjoy light lunches, desserts, hearty evening meals and a great range of wines, beers and spirits from our fully licenced bar. Our Sunday Lunches also come highly recommended!

Berwick-upon-Tweed is the northern, most town in England and is steeped in history. There are many historic attractions like Lindesfarne or Alnwick Castle, renowned for its fabulous Water Garden, featuring the dramatic Grand Cascade, the beautiful scented Rose Garden and European inspired Ornamental Garden and only a short distance from Ord House Country Park.
Shopping is more than just a trip to the Berwick Shops. The High Street is lined both sides with local Berwick shops, and high street names, but make sure you explore the smaller streets around the town centre and head past the walls for yet more individual stores, including craft shops, art galleries, delicatessens and much more.
A day out at the beach, just what the doctor ordered. Spittal Beach lies on the Northumberland coast about half a mile south of, Berwick upon Tweed. The predominantly sandy beach is backed by a promenade and stretches down from the mouth of the River Tweed to the cliffs at Bear Head. A great day out for all the family.
